“Seeing what I have seen, beyond what most people have an imagination of through my life, and to see where we are now with the incredible opportunities for peace that we have in front of those, being squandered like piss. It is just crushing, and it does not seem to be much anybody can do about it. This is not what my family fought for. This is not what my family immigrated here to escape and end up in the same fucking morass they left.

It is beginning – I  have always been concerned about the future, and that is why Carrie and I do not have any kids. We did not want to bring people up into the world that seemed to be really descending into its end perhaps, because people are too stupid and too blinded by their own little area that they simply do not know what is going on and they are not being told in an entertaining way enough to make them engage in it.
